Dear Sabrina,
How are you now?I hope you are happy with your family.I always pray for your happiness and your healty.So,how about your study?We did not meet in a long time.I miss you a lots.First,i want to say sorry because i did not reply your letter as soon as possible because i am busy right now with my study.My exam is just around the corner.I feel so nervous and i am might to get under depression.
When talk about depression,i just want to share a story about one of my housemate.I describe her as Z.When first day we were met,Z was a talkative girl.First month we were spent time together.She just did not acting weirdly.But after 2 month,she acting like a psycho.She was abnormal.Everyday she will get mad.She will locked herself in her room without any light.Sometime she will talk with herself,kept cry and in the same time she will laugh.The most crazy thing that she had ever did is she was cut herself with a cutter.She tried to kill herself.It was a horrable experience for me because my friend wanted to kill herself in front of me.
I think she has a lot of pressure and she are under depression.Based on the story from her brother,Z feel lonely because she just had lost her parents in an accident.Then,her boyfriend was leave her.Z get more pressure when she was failed in her trial exam.Beside,Z does not know where to share her story.I feel so pity to her.She is a young pretty girl.Once she do not how to solve a problem,she change like beast and acting weirdly.
So,i want to share this story with you because i don't want you to be like Z.You are on of my best friend and i love you so much.Once we get into problem,we cannot keep running from the problem,but we must learn to solve it slowly.If you want to share your problem,just share it with your friend.If you want to cry in front of your friend,just cry and don't be shy because it will release your stress.Don't you ever try to kill yourself because it is illegal in Islam.We must think about other people that love us more then we love ourselves.

In this world,we cannot run from a problem.So we must get strong and smart to face it.All problems in this world can be solve.The key to solve it is in our hand.I thing Z forgot to use the key.So this is the end of this story.I hope you can focus on your study and keep smiling.If you have any problems,just share it with me.I will always lend you my ear to hear your story and i will lend you my shoulder for you to keep cry.I love you more.I will waiting for your reply.Lastly,have a nice day and best friend forever.Bye.

6 SIMPLE STEPS TO REHYDRATE YOUR BODY

The following steps are very simple and unexpensive to you to try it.Our body will get dehydrate when we are doing are lot of vigorous activities like jogging,fast walking,running and cycling.So in order to rehydrate our body there are a lot of simple and useful ways that can be done.

The third step is measure and record your water intake.Many people will resist this step because it is too difficult and complicated but it is the only way to know how much you are drinking.People think that they are already drink a lot of water but when they are measure it that less than what they are thought.To measure your intake you can use a glass quart jar and it is much easier to you.Then you can start record the amount daily for at least for one to two weeks until you feel satisfy that you already drink a lot of water.
Next is filter your drinking water.Drinking high quality filtered water is better than tap water,bottled water or de-mineralized water.This is based on the experience in drinking filtered water when it can alleviated allergies because this water is already ionized.The ionization process restructure water so that it becomes far more hydrating than regular water.Even tap water is already been selectively it still contain its naturally minerals that will dehydrate your body over time.
Then you also have to drink water regularly throughout the day.The most important time to drink water is in the morning.After you awake up drink 16 ounces right away.Then wait 20 to 30 minutes and drink another 16 ounces before breakfast if you can.Avoid from drink most of your water in between meals so as not to dilute your digestive juices.
The last one is add high quality salt to your drinking water.When you increase your water intake you also need to increase your salt intake to replace the sodium lost due to increased urination.Salt itself is a natural antihistamine.The most recommended is Himalayan crystal salt or Celtic salt or Sea salt.You also recommended to taking a multimineral supplement to ensure electrolyte balance.
